There is so much to love about love. The misty eyes of the man who sees his woman in white for the first time. The gentle caress of a mother's hand as she tucks the veil in just right. The vows said standing up, binding two hearts into one. I love love.
I desire to capture all the intimate details of your love. The quiet glances. The reassuring hugs. The gentle kisses that say more than words ever could.
Heritage Held brides are passionate. They love adventure. The value the little moments. Instead of focusing on the larger pictures, they desire to capture all the small details, understanding that small details make the big picture. They aren't always traditional, but they love to have fun.
Does that sound like you? I would love to talk about your upcoming adventure of love.
I am a firm believer that there is actually no such thing. This world is FULL of talented photographers. So the question is not "Are you the best photographer?" Rather, the question is "Are you the best photographer for me?" Choosing your photographer is a lot like choosing your dress. There sure are some gorgeous ones out there. But when you slip the one on that fits you like a glove and makes you feel amazing, you know you found it. Not everyone is going to love my work, and I'm 100% OK with that. I learned long ago to march to the beat of my own drum, especially creatively. The result? The brides that fit Heritage Held, LOVE Heritage Held. So, I encourage you. Take the time to find a connection that is crave-worthy. It will be worth every penny.
What is your deposit?
A $1000 deposit is due to book your wedding or elopement date. The remainder of your collection is due 30 days before your wedding date. Heritage Held accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Do you travel?
Yes. Yes! A million times YES! Travel fees are separate from the collections. But if you take me somewhere awesome, I have a tendency to offer you one heck of a deal. So let's do it. Let's go somewhere epic.
Do your collections include digital files for my wedding or elopement?
This is a digital age. The digital files are included with all wedding and elopement collections and I want you to enjoy every.single.one.
Should we have a first look?
I will never say that a bride HAS to have a first look. I do work for you, anyway! But I will say that I have never had a bride regret doing one! First looks help schedules to run more smoothly, and they give you that sacred moment with your lover to breathe and enjoy one another before the hoopla of the day begins.
What do you wish your clients would ask?
I have quite a bit of wedding insight that has the potential to make your photos amazing. There are so many tips I could offer. But I would say the biggest one is the time of day. Light is a major factor in drool-worthy images. If couple portraits are scheduled optimally, you should end up with the most gorgeous golden-hour light. Also, a solid timeline is so important. If your day is running hours behind, it is next to impossible to get fabulous images. I have lots of ideas on scheduling, so please feel free to ask.
You're my photographer! Now what!?
Congrats! Picking a photographer is the hardest part of getting awesome images. Now just contact me, we become awesome friends, and the journey of documenting your awesome adventure begins! A signed contract and deposit is required to secure your date. I can walk you through all the details. Also, if you are booking Heritage Held for a destination wedding, travel costs are due at the time of booking, as well.
